Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your records to another provider.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
  • If negotiation fails, submitted to mediation before pursuing other remedies.
  • Governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York County, New York.
